Center Street Capital Advisors Founders, Gary and Andrew Wayne, embarked on an ambitious project to transform a 1920s home into a modern office and their new Headquarters. Only a few steps from bustling Main Street, the location offers incredible access to shops, restaurants, public transportation and more. Partnering with a design team, the Wayne brothers spared no expense in updating and upgrading the exterior with a bold new look as well as on the interior furnishings. Attention to detail was paid to every inch of the location and anyone that has visited comments on the colors, artwork and of course the third floor employee lounge.
The goal for the space was to create an inviting location that offers clients a comfortable atmosphere to visit with their advisors. At the same time, the office flows seamlessly throughout the three floors and 5,000 square feet, combining style with function.
